In treasury, a wrong number leads to a wrong decision. That's why Pulse doesn't generate answers from memory or training data. Every data-driven response follows a strict pipeline: your question is interpreted, the relevant table schemas are retrieved from Palm's data warehouse, the query is executed against your actual records, and the response is composed directly from that data. The AI cannot invent account balances or transaction totals — it can only report what exists in your data.
Security is enforced at the infrastructure level, not in prompts. Each customer's data is isolated through dedicated service accounts with row-level security; a design that cannot be bypassed, regardless of what's typed into the chat.
